When I first purchased my NAS, I was disappointed in the programs and abilities that came with it. Webdrive has allowed me to utilize a host of abilities that I had intended my NAS to offer as part of its basic setup.
It's inexpensive compared to the value it provides. I get reliable enterprise type solutions at an affordable price point for consumers to handle their data and connectivity needs. WebDrive is an extremely powerful tool at an important layer for efficiency and value. When programs offer to switch my drive mapping to a long name network share, I always do better when I decline and let WebDrive handle the mapping so reliably. WebDrive is more reliable than other applications "native" support. I synchronize massive amounts of data by priority, profile and scheduling. Not all applications have native support for different types of connections (WebDAV, Amazon, DropBox, OneDrive, etc.) to data sources. I use this mapping to drive letters when I synchronize 3 locations' data.
WebDrive lets me map drive letters to each cloud or network data source I need. I have been looking for a reliable constant connection between all of my Local and Cloud Data.
